At Harney & Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened products and accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the unopened tea tins or unused accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
